mysteries of  and  in this practical workshop
which is aimed at beginners through to hardened users. Discover how to use Social Media more effectively to support and market your business in ways you might not have realised were possible.

 - This session will start with the basics and beyond, take a look at hidden features, useful tips such as how to back up your followers to guard against account loss, learn techniques to allow you to find out what your competitors are up to or indeed who your competitors are, we look at automating searches, advanced search techniques, customising twitter and lots more.

- Learn about creating and using your business profile, how to create fan pages and groups, how to get highly targeted advertising at only 10 pence for 1000 adverts (this is a real bargain!). We will discuss mixing Facebook business and personal in one account and how to keep them separate, the session will also look at Facebook applications for business.

If you have never been on Facebook/Twitter or even if you are already using these applications then you should attend this event.
